What I am going to explain in this article comes in any of case from my imagination but from a
skin specialist graduated of California State. As you know, acne can can comes the pollution or simply because of hormonal imbalances. But if these two factors were not the real reason of your acne? The products that you apply on your face are incredibly important: they can even be the cause of your acne. Remember also that too many products on your skin are bad because they send "contrary messages". Follow simply these
three rules: 1) Clean your skin with a gentle cleanser 2) Exfoliate your skin 3) Protect your skin against the UV rays.
The need of hydration is often caused by the too harsh cleaning .If after using the gentle cleansing your skin feels like “torn”, you're the kind of person who will need a hydration cream. If you use soap, throw it! The
soap is for your skin what shampoos are for your scalp -.> Your cleaners destroy the film that naturally covers the skin in order to defend bacteria. After cleaning, skin becomes more susceptible to infections. And since the skin feels attacked, it reacts, it creates sebum and therefore imperfections. Do not imagine that a harsh cleanser + moisturizer is better, the result remains the same. Here are some products that clean + moisturize your skin:
The
jojoba oil: it regulates the sebum production, it will not give you imperfection since it is non-comedogenic. Moreover, oil attracts oil so it cleans your skin.
The
rassoul (also called ghassoul) is a powder that washes and rebalances the sebum of the skin.
Forget all their supposedly natural stuff : soap, black soap, Aleppo soap, pharmaceutical products ..
~ If your skin feels “torn”even after using jojoba oil or Rassoul I recommend you using an oil for moisturizing your skin. The oil you will use does not have to bring you imperfection, in other words it
must be non-comedogenic. An ingredient is called "comedogenic" when it may clog the pores of the skin. By following this link you can download a list of oils and other ingredients to flee.
Think about washing everything that touches your face frequently as your pillows, hands, sunglasses, makeup brushes, glasses ... In the next article I'll explain you more about the second rule: the
exfoliation. Remember to subscribe to my
